How Could Acupuncture Help You?

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine practice that uses very fine needles to stimulate specific points along the body’s meridians, or pathways of Qi - the body’s vital energy. By activating these points, acupuncture aims to balance the flow of Qi, improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and calm the nervous system.

More than symptom relief, acupuncture focuses on identifying and treating the root cause of your concerns, supporting long-lasting balance and overall wellbeing. Acupuncture is often used to treat various conditions, including:

Musculoskeletal pain

Insomnia

Headaches & Migraines

Stress, Anxiety & Depression

Hormone Regulation

Support During Cancer

My Approach to Acupuncture

PHOTO-2025-11-26-12-57-31.jpg

I practice a supportive style of acupuncture that places individual needs at the forefront of every session.  I have a degree in acupuncture from the prestigious College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, as well as extensive postgraduate specialist training in a range of health conditions.  I am also a member of the professional association the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC).

I combine the traditional principles of acupuncture with a contemporary understanding which enables me to deliver safe, effective and responsive care.  Each treatment plan is uniquely designed after an initial detailed consultation.  This approach allows me to give you a truly personal treatment.  Depending on what is most appropriate for you, your session may integrate acupuncture, moxibustion, guasha or cupping to support your overall health and well-being

Available Treatments

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a key component of Traditional Chinese Medicine, aimed at restoring the body's natural balance and promoting overall well-being.

Moxibustion

Moxibustion involves the burning of mugwort to facilitate healing and stimulate the flow of Qi (vital energy) in the body.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is a traditional Chinese therapy that creates suction to promote healing and improve blood circulation.
